Middleton Views is owned and operated by Tim Baird.  Tim was born in Albany and has lived here all of his life. Having been raised on a farm 50km east of Albany, Tim has an appreciation for both the coastal and rural areas of the region. These days he has the luxury of living in town with work taking him out into the rural areas on a daily basis. 

With a huge choice of beaches, lots of recreational fishing, the many wineries and restaurants across the region, Tim knows that locals are spoilt with so much on offer and is looking forward to sharing it with visitors from near and far.

Tim's love of the south coast lifestyle is what has encouraged him to open up the lower floor of his home after a complete renovation, to share the stunning views over Middleton Beach, across the golf course, to Emu Point, and beyond to the Porongorups region.

Middleton Views is your little piece of paradise to relax in a peaceful setting, feeling like you have the world to yourself.

The photos do not do justice to Tim's place. The breadth and beauty of the view exceeded our expectations, as did the expansive balcony. The quality of fixtures and fittings and the cleanliness were outstanding. Access to the beach by car takes just 2-3 minutes and it is also easily accessible on foot unless you do not like walking down and then up the hill, which has a moderate but not unreasonable slope. Communications with Tim were excellent. It was one of the very best accommodations we have booked over the past decade or so.
