Tim's apartment was tranquil both inside and out with a large verandah to sit and look at the views. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom large and well laid out. The decor was clean, crisp and made you feel at home.

It was a steep sloped driveway, with a sloped path to the entrance of the apartment.
I would recommend Tim's apartment for location to the beach and easy access to the town and supermarkets. There was an awesome local cafe and fish and chip shop down the road.
Just bring food and clothes and you are set up ready to enjoy your holiday.

FAQ

Do the owners live on site?

The villa is located downstairs from the owner's residence,  has seperate access and is completely private. 

What time is check in/check out?

Standard checkin/checkout times apply.  

Check in 2pm.  Check out 10am. 

Can we stay extra nights?

Of course we would love you to stay additional nights however we are often booked months in advance. Please call us on the number given at checkin to enquire about additional nights.

Is smoking allowed?

No, sorry. This is a completely smoke free property including all outdoor areas.  

Any damage or cleaning caused due to smoking will be at the guests expense and will be billed accordingly.

Are there stairs?

Due to the villa's location being on the side of Mt Clarence, the carpark and entry to the property are sloped with two shallow steps leading to the villa entrance.

Is the property wheelchair accessible?

The property is not designed to be wheelchair accessible.  That is not to say a wheelchair cannot be utilised however we cannot guarantee sizes of doorways etc.  

Who do we call in an emergency?

On check in you will be provided with an information pack that includes the owner's contact details in case of emergency.  For all emergencies that require Police, Fire or Ambulance please call 000 immediately and then notify the owner.

Can children stay at the property?

The property has been designed as an exclusive property for singles, couples and digital nomads. We do not cater for children at the property.
